SIGG has been in business for over 100 years. Go with a time tested, proven brand. Steelworks is made by Sigg in its Chinese plant. All of SIGGs traditional aluminum bottles are manufactured in the companys manufacturing plant at its headquarters in Frauenfeld, Switzerland. However, in the last few years SIGG has sourced some stainless steel thermoses and flasks from China. These products account for less than 3 percent of the companys total sales and beginning in early 2009 will be sold under the SteelWorks label.
